Ted Kim

Ted is a highly disciplined and experienced financial and legal consultant. Held previous positions as an attorney at law, private equity advisor and venture capital specialist. Mr Kim was selected as one of the top 10 cross-border M&A experts by the Korean Presidential Bule House in 2013 when he was also the Chairman of the “Foreign Institutional Investors Association (FIIA)”. Subsequently, he served as a member of the 10-person Steering Committee for the “New Growth Engine Fund”, a US 300 million fund managed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Previously, Vice Chairmen of SBI (formerly Softbank Investment) Private Equity Pan-Asia Fund.

Stephen Drew

Stephen has 25 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and fintech-related businesses. He has been involved in the blockchain space since 2012. Since 2019, the US-based partner of a $27.5b asset manager based in Asia for equity investments. Successfully closing over $500M in transactions. Stephen is responsible for investor relations, deal execution and structuring of investments. Earlier in his career, Stephen worked at Wall Street firms Smith Barney, Citigroup and Gruntal & Co. Yang Kan Chong

YK adds more than 30 years of expert experience in energy (power, oil, gas). Worked as key managers of both Singapore and foreign listed companies managing projects and people in multi and cross-cultural environments. Current Senior Advisor of Tangent Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Previous Managing Director of AsiaPetroleum Technology Pte Ltd, President & CEO of the US-listed China New Energy Group Company, Group Deputy CEO of the Singapore-listed China EnerSave Limited, several US energy giants and Singapore Government-linked companies.
